Choose the feeling.
Perspectives give a track a direction — Punch, Dense, Aggression, or Intimate — before the knobs get involved.
Serene is an AI mixing and production assistant for macOS. It uses a local LLM to interpret creative intent and relevant mix context, then turns that understanding into explainable EQ, dynamics, and reverb suggestions.
Serene works alongside Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Reaper, and other DAWs through VST3 and AU integration. It supports the decisions inside a mix without taking the final decision away from the producer.
Serene begins with the feeling you are reaching for — then leaves the final call with you.
Perspectives give a track a direction — Punch, Dense, Aggression, or Intimate — before the knobs get involved.
Serene turns your intent into a coordinated move — showing why it matters, which modules it touches, and what will change.
The complete chain stays visible while you focus on a module. Preview the move, keep it, dismiss it, or adjust it yourself.
Intent, suggestions, and the full module chain stay connected in one continuous workspace.
Type or speak what to change or ask without leaving the workspace. Start with note: and the composer routes the thought to Ear Notes; ask a question and Serene retrieves relevant mixing context into the same conversation.
Ear Notes autosave, keep a session history, accept voice input, and remember the transport position where the thought began.
The beta includes Serene Assistant as its installation gateway and the companion that extends Serene across the session. Mixer View keeps tracks together, Auto Level offers moves to review, Ambient Mode listens for tempo and key, and a track tap selects the same track in Logic or Ableton.
In Logic Pro and Ableton Live, Serene can select tracks and control volume, pan, mute, and solo from its connected surfaces. The current plugin instance and selected DAW track stay aligned, so every move lands where you expect.
